Joe Meuleman Appointed to AGC of America Steering Committee
BOISE, ID – July 26, 2012 – Meuleman Mollerup LLP attorney, Joe Meuleman, has been appointed to serve on the Steering Committee of the Contract Documents Forum of the Associated General
Contractors of America (AGC), a national construction industry organization in Washington D.C. Mr. Meuleman is currently serving on the AGC’s Construction Leadership Council Steering Committee. The AGC represents nearly 30,000 leading construction companies in the U.S. - including general contractors, specialty contractors and service providers and suppliers.
AGC's Contract Documents Forum is comprised of nationally recognized experts in contract documents for the construction industry. As a member of the Steering Committee, Mr. Meuleman will participate in the development, drafting and updating of ConsensusDOCS, a comprehensive set of nationally used construction contract documents designed to equitably allocate risks between designers, owners, contractors, subcontractors and sureties, and reinforce AGC's commitment to skill, responsibility and integrity through contracts.
